Recordings & Content Management

If your plan is elibile for VOD recordings, then HotMic will automatically record streams and display them on the creators dashboard after the stream ends. Admins will see recordings of all streams in their org. Replays can be played in the app in the same environment or downloaded as raw video as an MP4

Live streams will be available immediately for replay in-app after an stream is ended. 

  • Previous streams are generally stored under a creators profile so users can view older content
  • 
    • Your profile can be found on the Broadcaster tab.
  • You may also find your video on the Featured tab if it was especially popular.

Download your stream from portal.

  • From your Dashboard Tab, under Previous Streams, select the event you would like to download
  • Doing so will redirect you to the Live Dashboard. From here, select the button at the top right
  • A new tab will pop open and you'll see your VOD. 
  • Press  then download.
