Dashboard
You can customize your creator's dashboards with different cards to reflect what you want to show creators when they login to your streaming portal.
In the "Orgs" page, you can specify what kind of information cards your creators see, and what information cards your org managers see. Creators can not see org stats.
- Views - The total number of times all streams in your account have been loaded during a period of time. One visitor can view many streams, or view the same stream multiple times. (Default on)
- Visitors - The number of unique visitors who have viewed 1 or more items within a period of time. (Default on)
- Avg. views per visitor - The number of views divided by the number of visitors during a period of time. (Default on)
- Last Stream - The date and time of your last stream, in the creator's timezone as set by the creator. This only includes completed or in progress streams. (Default on)
- Next Stream - The date and time of your next stream, in the creator's timezone as set by the creator. This only includes scheduled or in progress streams. (Default on)
- Tips - The total amount of tips received from viewers during a period of time, in the specified currency.***
- Followers - The current number of followers.***
- Watch Hours - The total amount of time all visitors viewed all content. So if 1 person joined and viewed for 10 hours across many streams, and a 2nd person joined and viewed for 20 hours across many streams, the total "Watch Hours" would be 30 hours.
- Streams Created - The number of streams created during a period.
- Streams Completed - The number of streams completed during a period.
- Product Sales - The amount of product sales from a stream, in the specified currency. (in beta)***
Org admins should see org stats. These allow them to see all the creator stats for each creator, and summary stats.
